License Terms

These License Terms govern the use of software products made available by TechBaer Softwares ("we", "us", or "our"), unless different terms are expressly stated on a product page or agreed in writing.

Our products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a license gives you a limited right to use the selected software under the license type shown at the time of purchase. All three license types include the complete product, source code access, modification rights, and full use of the product's built-in commercial features — the main differences are the number of permitted End Products and whether the completed solution may be presented as your own white-label software product.

The Unlimited License increases the number of permitted deployments. It does not include the white-label software presentation right granted by the Extended License — a separate Extended License is required for each project that needs that right.

Definitions

Software means the TechBaer product covered by the purchase, including its source code, files, database structure, assets, documentation, updates, and materials supplied with it. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

License Holder means the individual or legal entity that purchased the license through an authorized sales channel.

End Product means one completed and operational website, application, platform, or software implementation created using the Software for one project or business purpose.

Production Domain means the primary live domain on which an End Product is made available for real-world use. The root domain and its www version are treated as the same domain.

Client means an individual or legal entity for whom the License Holder builds and delivers an End Product.

White-Label Software Presentation means the limited right available under the Extended License to present and deliver one customized End Product to one Client as a software solution supplied under the License Holder's or Client's brand.

General License Terms

Subject to payment of the applicable price and continued compliance with these License Terms, TechBaer grants the License Holder an ongoing, worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to use and modify the Software within the scope of the selected license type.

The license is not a sale or transfer of the Software itself. Except for the limited Client use expressly allowed on this page, the license may not be transferred, assigned, sublicensed, or shared without our prior written approval.

The License Holder may give employees and contractors access to the source code only where access is reasonably necessary to build, operate, secure, or maintain a permitted End Product, and remains responsible for their use of the Software.

Commercial Use and End-User Payments

All license types allow commercial operation of a permitted End Product. The License Holder or Client may use every built-in feature of the Software, including features that allow end users, members, buyers, sellers, or other participants to make payments — such as premium memberships, subscriptions, paid content, product sales, commissions, paid listings, service fees, and advertising.

Charging end users does not, by itself, require an Extended License. The Extended License is required only when the License Holder wants the limited White-Label Software Presentation right.

A single End Product may serve an unlimited number of ordinary end users, members, customers, or visitors. Those users do not receive any right to copy, extract, reuse, distribute, or install the Software themselves.

Domains, Installations, and License Keys

Each Regular or Extended License covers one End Product operating on one Production Domain. The Unlimited License covers an unlimited number of End Products and Production Domains for the same License Holder, subject to all other restrictions on this page.

Localhost, development, staging, testing, and backup copies are allowed without an additional license when they relate only to the same permitted End Product and are not used as separate production services.

A license may be moved to a replacement Production Domain only after use on the previous Production Domain has permanently ended. Each generated license key must correspond to a deployment permitted by the purchased license type — license keys may not be sold, traded, or shared as standalone items.

Ownership & Restrictions

Ownership of the Software, source code, documentation, trademarks, and other intellectual property remains with TechBaer and its licensors at all times. No license grants ownership of TechBaer's intellectual property or any right not expressly stated on this page.

Standalone resale or redistribution of the Software's source code, and sharing or reselling license keys, are not permitted under any license type.

Support & Updates

Each product page states the support period included with each license tier. Support covers help using the Software as documented and fixing verified bugs — it does not cover custom development, third-party integrations, or issues caused by modifications made by the License Holder.

Product updates released during an active support period are included at no extra cost. Continued access to new updates after a support period ends may require renewing support, where offered.

Termination

This license remains valid unless terminated. TechBaer may terminate a license if the License Holder materially breaches these License Terms and does not correct the breach within a reasonable time after being notified.

Upon termination, the License Holder must stop using the Software and remove it from any Production Domain, except where continued use of an already-delivered End Product by a Client is otherwise permitted by law.
